At FursanCarRental.com, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable car import service. Due to the nature of international vehicle sourcing, auction purchases, and shipping logistics, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both the customer and our operations.

Please read this policy carefully before submitting a service request or placing a deposit.


1. General Policy

By using our car import services, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may request to cancel your order only if no work has started, meaning:

  • No vehicle search has been initiated
  • No reports or inspection orders have been made
  • No communication has been started with suppliers or auction houses

In such a case, a full refund of any paid amount may be considered at our discretion.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following payments are non-refundable:

3.1 Deposits

Once a deposit has been made and work on the order has begun (vehicle search, inspection, or negotiation), the deposit becomes non-refundable.

3.2 After Vehicle Purchase

If the vehicle has already been purchased from abroad, no cancellation or refund is possible, regardless of the reason.

3.3 Service Fees

Any fees paid for:

  • Vehicle history checks
  • Inspection reports
  • Auction access or bidding
  • Administrative or consultation services

are non-refundable, even if the customer changes their mind.


4. Refunds Related to Shipping

Once the vehicle has been handed over to the shipping company:

  • No cancellation is allowed
  • Refunds cannot be issued
  • Any delays caused by shipping, customs, or port operations are outside our responsibility

Shipping fees are subject to the shipping company’s policies, not FursanCarRental.com.


5. Customs Fees & Government Charges

Customs duties, clearance fees, taxes, or any government-imposed costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.

These amounts are determined by Omani authorities and cannot be controlled or refunded by FursanCarRental.com.


6. Incorrect or False Information Provided by Customer

If any delays, additional costs, or cancellations occur due to:

  • Incorrect personal information
  • Wrong vehicle details
  • Failure to pay customs fees
  • Delays in required documentation

No refunds will be issued.


7. Disputes About Vehicle Condition

We provide customers with:

  • Available inspection reports
  • Auction sheets
  • Condition summaries provided by sellers abroad

However:

  • We are not responsible for undisclosed damages from foreign sellers or auction houses
  • Refunds cannot be issued based on mechanical or cosmetic issues discovered after purchase

International purchases carry inherent risks, and customers accept those risks by proceeding.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted with a new revision date.
