- Deposits or service fees are non-refundable after work on the order has begun.
- Refunds are only considered if no work has started and no vehicle purchase has been made.

- Delays caused by shipping companies or customs authorities
- Undisclosed mechanical issues from the original seller
- Loss or damage caused during international transport (handled by shipping insurance)
- Additional customs or port fees imposed by Omani authorities
